Fantastic take on both the scientific and social controversies of the Marshmallow Test. Personally, I find it rather to psychology’s worshipped MBTI test (The 16 Personalities Test) and how it makes everything seem in black-and-white. There are a lot of unexplored grey areas in science, and until they are proven, the media and society will almost always assume the polar extremes, which is good for headlines but unfortunate for the greater good of human knowledge.
