Hey Anthony, thanks for writing in. I guess you’re right that weight regain and the apparent inability to control one’s intake is completely at the fault of the individual, but following through with a diet, or any new habit for that matter, may come easier for some people than for others. You may be one of keto diet’s more successful stories, but for others that may not be the case. This article highlights why diets are different than a lot of other habits and why not going ‘all in’ may be more costly than not starting in the first place. Cheers!
