Loving this vitamin series so far, but this particular article does stir up an interesting question. I’ve heard from many different sources that co-consumption of vitamin C and other types of food may impact its absorption and bioavailability. An example would be iron and vitamin C, in which there is a known absorption interplay between the two. Is this something that we have to pay attention to, or is this mostly arbitrary?
