Very insightful article. Not my field of forte but I’m a huge fan of architecture and design. Honestly, if prefabs can look that pretty and cut costs way below the average price for a conventional home, it’s going to be lucrative for the market (again I’m no contractor or economist, it just sounds like common sense). With transport fees going down by the day (think Tesla’s container truck), I’m sure they’ll eventually find a way to slash down transports costs massively.
